Once we confirm availability for your date, we will set up a complimentary consultation where we will talk details and get a good sense of the overall scope of your event. Once we've gathered that information, we'll put together a custom proposal based on your event needs. If we find ourselves to be a great fit, we'll cross our t's, dot our i's, and let the fun begin!
Here's where the magic happens! We'll get started with a deep-dive questionnaire so we can learn all about you and your hopes & dreams for your wedding day. From there, we'll get you all set up on our online collaboration system to manage the day-to-day tasks and ensure we're staying on track throughout the planning process. With unlimited communication, we're always happy to provide our expertise, answer questions, or offer advice on any situation along the way. In the Magnolia and Grace way, we'll be keeping your legacy at the forefront of our plans to ensure this event stands for more than just a single day.
After all of the decisions have been made and the planning process has come to a close, it's time to take all of those elements and put them to use. With detailed production schedules in hand, our team is on-site the entire event day, as well as at the ceremony rehearsal, to ensure seamless execution after months of hard work!

We believe there are quite a few things that make working with us very different than other planning teams, but most importantly is that we focus on helping you build your legacy, rather than focusing on a single day. We also take on a limited number of clients each year to ensure quality service and attention to each and every detail.
We do not offer Day-Of Coordination, but we do take on a select number of Event Management clients throughout the year. Our Event Management service is more extensive than the standard Day-Of Coordination, allowing us to act in your best interest and provide the high quality service you deserve on your wedding day.
Our Event Management service is perfect for the couples who wish to handle the majority of the planning on their own, but understand that well-executed and seamlessly produced events don't just happen. Our team will work with you in the final stages to ensure that all details are falling into place as they should, and help to put the finishing touches on your event. We do not book Event Management services further than five months or less than six weeks before your event.
Absolutely! With an extensive vendor network that spans across the country (and abroad!), we are more than happy to work with you no matter where your event is being held. Our passports are up to date and ready at a moment's notice!
Our clients spend an average range of $350-$800 per person. *Not sure how best to determine your budget or what things cost to begin estimating your budget? Totally normal. After all, this is all new to you! We're here to help and are happy to help you determine (and maximize) an appropriate budget based on your guest count, event scope, location, and many other factors. We're always happy to talk numbers and see if we might be a good fit moving forward!
Great question! While your overall service fee is determined by several factors including guest count, location, event scope, etc., we do charge a flat fee for our services. This fee is then broken down into monthly installments to keep things manageable and easy!
